West Virginia's Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday Begins

Governor to Present Greenbrier Resort Owner With Distinguished West Virginian Award

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Gov. Joe Manchin will honor Greenbrier Resort owner Jim Justice by presenting him with a Distinguished West Virginian Award during this week’s Greenbrier Classic activities. Governor Manchin Announces a 3.5% Interest Rate by the West Virginia Housing Development Fund

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Gov. Joe Manchin has announced that the West Virginia Housing Development Fund is offering a new mortgage program for West Virginia families that includes a 30-year fixed rate loan at approximately 3.5 percent. The program also includes a zero percent down payment and closing cost assistance loans.
