The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Judicial Nominations will receive applications immediately for the pending vacancy on the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit serving Kanawha County.  The deadline for submittal of applications is Friday, September 25, 2009, and the deadline for submittal of letters of recommendation is Friday, October 2, 2009.  

Applications and letters of recommendation will not be considered if received after the deadline dates.   Both are to be submitted to: Jonathan Deem, General Counsel, Office of the Governor, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, East, Room 9-R, Charleston, West Virginia 25305.
