Oct. 19, 2009 - Malden, W.Va. - Gov. Joe Manchin joins Malden Elementary fifth graders, representatives of West Virginia State University and community members of Malden for the unveiling of the Booker T. Washington Memorial Statue dedicated to his memory, as well as the families of Malden who encouraged and supported his goals.
