Feb. 5, 2009 - Gov. Joe Manchin joined representatives from the state's congressional delegation, state and local government officials, business and labor leaders and others today to announce the creation of the Job Loss Support Team, a group of state government experts that will help provide assistance to displaced Century Aluminum workers and their families.
