MAY 6, 2008 -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Gov. Joe Manchin greets Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency awareness bicycling duo Diane and Hap Eaton at the state capitol. Diane and Hap presented a donation to the American Lung Association in support of their mission of fighting lung disease. The governor presented a proclamation to Alpha 1 Foundation, to proclaim May as Alpha 1 Awareness Month.
